New Download: Oracle Database 18c XE for Windows
Oracle Database 18c Express Edition (XE) for Windows is now available on OTN. It uses a native Windows installer and is completely free, even for production and distribution purposes. It's great for .NET developers that require a local instance. New in 18c, Oracle Database XE includes nearly every feature in its enterprise edition counterpart.

Call for Speakers: Oracle OpenWorld and Oracle Code One 2019
Oracle OpenWorld and Oracle Code One have announced an open call for speakers. If you have an Oracle .NET topic of interest, submit your session proposal by March 13 for consideration. (Requires signing into your Oracle Account.) OpenWorld and Code One occur from September 15-19, 2019 in San Francisco.
